OUR APPROACH
At BMI we develop projects starting with their initial feasibility studies and cost analysis, continuing with their design and finally carrying out the construction. We provide engineering, procurement and construction services, always protecting the environment and fostering renewable resources use.

ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to reducing environmental impact by continually improving our construction methods. This also implies making our staff aware of environmental issues in their day-to-day work.
From the initial design process to the end of a building's construction, our commitment to the environment is always present:

DESIGN: We believe that the design stage towards an environmentally friendly construction is the most important one. That is why our engineers and design teams pay special attention to the use of renewable materials.
CONSTRUCTION: We aim at optimizing energy efficiency and minimizing the environmental impact of our production processes without reducing the quality of our performance. Construction consumes high amounts of energy, but a well-organized job site can make a big difference in energy use.
RECYCLING: We believe that optimal recycling also begins with the careful selection of elements during the design stage. In our restoration projects, we try to give new life to materials. In this way we recycle and at the same time reduce costs, save energy and keep the original essence of the buildings.
